Public bug reported: Binary package hint: mplayer
I get an error that the Xvideo port is not free and is being used by other video players when there are no such players running. I need to logout and re-login to correct this problem. The following is the command line output of mplayer. It just starts without the video and runs only the audio [EMAIL PROTECTED]:~/bobby/Downloads$ mplayer South\ Park\ -\ 1203\ -\ Major\ Boobage.avi MPlayer 1.0rc2-4.1.3 (C) 2000-2007 MPlayer Team CPU: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 Processor 2800+ (Family: 15, Model: 4, Stepping: 10) CPUflags: MMX: 1 MMX2: 1 3DNow: 1 3DNow2: 1 SSE: 1 SSE2: 1 Compiled with runtime CPU detection. mplayer: could not connect to socket mplayer: No such file or directory Failed to open LIRC support.
