after discussing this with Christian and Achim, we will upload with
'update-grub -y' to hardy.
This is of course breaks fcopy'ed menu.lsts, but you have to make the
decision here: Either you want the file to be managed with fai or with
update-grub. The mixed managed that was in place up to now doesn't work
anymore with the new ucf-managed grub.
