for windows media format and http://streaming.tagesschau.de/bb/redirect.lsc?rewrite=http://www.tagesschau.de/multimedia/video/video295730 -real_res-real256_vChoice-video295730.smi&content=content&media=rm for realmedia format. When I try to op the wm-stream in movie player, the player displays the first frame and the buffering progress starts. Yet the movie does not start after buffering is finished. The Xine player only displays the Xine-logo. I haven't tried any other links yet, since most media I use is streamed in flash.
