* Merge from Debian unstable. Remaining Ubuntu changes: (LP: #205570)
+ debian/control: build-dep change from libungif4-dev to libgif-dev
+ debian/gnucash.desktop, src/gnome/gnucash.desktop.*:
- Fixed according to desktop-file-validate
+ debian/rules:
- Don't ignore make clean errors, instead check if a Makefile exists, if
not, don't call make clean
- Call dh_desktop and dh_icons
+ debian/control:
- Change maintainer to MOTU.
- Bump Standards Version to 3.7.3
