Binary package hint: update-manager
Running a partial dist upgrade today on hardy, I noticed that in the
text 'Änderungen anwenden' (Apply changes) the character 'Ä' is not
displayed correctly. Instead, it shows an 'Ä' and some symbol.
This text is shown below the progress bar.
