It's kinda hard to tell. There is definitely at least one segmentation
fault causing bug when using the newer versions of the Gstreamer Python
bindings, however I have never seen the "Error opening file" message. If
you can install a debugging symbols package, or compile Python/Python-
gst yourself and get a proper traceback maybe we could see if they are
really related, but for now I'm just gonna mark it as a duplicate of the
other segfault bug.
