The language packs not working: 1:7.10+20080229 (language-pack-gnome-nn) and 1:7.10+20080205 (language-pack-gnome-nn-base), both from gutsy- updates. These are the ones I have tried downgrading, because of the fact that only Gnome apps have missing translations. Downgrading to 1:7.10+20071012 (from gutsy), logging out and in again does not help. I did not, however, try Ctrl-Alt-Backspace after downgrading, as I thought relogging in was sufficient. If needed, I will downgrade other packages as well.
