gtk-qt-engine-kde4 has been uploaded after the beta release (bug 204351).
You should be able to install it and then configure it "System Settings >
Appearance > GTK Styles and Fonts".
I think, that some meta package still needs to pull it in by default, as
gtk-qt-engine (for KDE3) gets pulled in by "kubuntu-desktop".
