Public bug reported:
The system was downloading for atualization. Before it finished I changed user,
with no impedmentos or advises to do so. When I got back to the former user
the atualization process was not on anymore, but there was, at least, one bug:
the system buttom in the menu bar (which was in the right side) didnt work
properly.
I run the atualization manager manualy, but it didnt work corretly (the
download process began as if already started before, but it didnt finish or was
wel sucessed , even when I changed user for root).
