Here is an exemple : I chose a value in the 2nd column of the 1st sheet list (the list comes from the values of the 2nd sheet) On the 3rd sheet i use vertical lookup to get the corresponding "code" that goes with the chosen 2nd sheet value. It gives an error if the searched value contains parenthesis.
