Won't fix. This setting with CJK glyphs being aliased for sizes <=12pt
is the expected behavior. This is due to the fact, that CJK glyphs at
such small sizes look very blurry and are barely readable when used with
anti-aliasing. Therefor CJK users prefer to use embedded bitmaps or at
least disable anti-aliasing for those font sizes.
