OK, guys, requiring the user to hit a 2 pixel area, while the background moves around is not funny. It might have looked cool on the management presentation, but in practice it fails completely.
Hint: don't reinvent the wheel. Selecting items on maps (or actually selecting a timezone) has been done years/decades ago.
