Tried backporting of the current pam (0.99.10.0), but they need some debian / ubuntu specific patches (@include directives, etc.) I was not successful in adapting them for this version.
Eighter the @include of the pam config files does not work, or after trying to adapt the patch, pam_foreground.so does not exist and the login fails.
