Public bug reported:
In Evolution 2.22 (and 2.12 as well), it is flat out impossible to
export/backup your own personal S/MIME certificates:
The buttons are disabled (greyed out) and won't come to life - while the
documentation states this is possible.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Import personal S/MIME certificate
2. Try to export it
** Affects: evolution (Ubuntu)
