Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: xkeyboard-config

In installing the Hardy beta, I've configured my keyboard to use the new layout
br-dvorak. It works fine in X, but in the console I can't type accentuated
letters, i.e. ã, ó, ò, etc. The rest of the keymap is normal, and I can type
the individual symbols, ~ ^.
I think the problem is with the hardy (or freedesktop) packaging, as I had that
package (in console-setup) layout manually installed (from
http://tecladobrasileiro.org/) in gutsy and it worked flawlessly.

** Affects: xkeyboard-config (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
