When you say 'the screen is "breaking"', I don't understand what you
mean. Please attach a photo or screenshot showing the problem. Also,
always include your Xorg.0.log when reporting X bugs.
-fglrx is definitely included in Hardy Heron repositories so I don't
understand that part of your request.
