Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: anjuta

I've just reinstalled my system as Hardy beta, moving from Gutsy. I had
manually compiled Anjuta 2.4.0 on Gutsy and was using it to develop a
C++/Gtk application without any problems. After moving to Hardy, then
installing Anjuta from the repos, I found that on starting, Anjuta would
hang indefinitely at the splash screen, but only if it was attempting to
re-open my C++ app. If I rename the app so Anjuta can't find it on
startup, or turn on "Do not load last session at startup" in
preferences, the Anjuta starts OK. Once loaded, I can open and compile
my application without problems.

I tried starting Anjuta from the terminal and got the following
messages:

(glade-3:32178): GladeUI-WARNING **: No icon named 'widget-gtk-
scalebutton' was found for object class 'GtkScaleButton'.

(glade-3:32178): GladeUI-WARNING **: No icon named 'widget-gtk-volumebutton'
