I don't see any untranslated string for the debian-installer template.
Just to clarify it, if you see a template with 'Needs review' strings,
that means that those strings will not be used until someone removes
that flag from the messages.
If your problem is something else, please add a comment with a link or
even a screenshot so we can check exactly what you see.
