Please determine the name of the program that has the translation problem and
report it back in this bug report.
Launch the program from the menu and in a terminal execute xprop | grep
WM_CLASS. This will present you with a crosshair with which you should click on
the running program. In the terminal you will see a message like
WM_CLASS(STRING) = "konsole", "Konsole" from which you can determine the
program is konsole.
