I think this is the issue (from linuxwacom/configure):

WCM_OPTION_DLLOADER=yes

WCM_OPTION_DLLOADER=no

So we should either remove that test or add xserver-xorg-input-kbd to
build-depends.
Sorry about that. I'm setting up a pbuilder environment right now to
test my hypothesis...
