Public bug reported:

My shuttle PC runs 7.11 fine, but on install of ubuntu 8.04 it will not
complete boot.
I have tried install via wubi and to disk, and CD live version, no luck.

I get to the login screen, then even if I try failsafe console I get a black
screen with some red pixels at the top, don't know how to collect
any other information.

I suspect its related to the onboard video chip on this model.
