Binary package hint: gksu
When an app that uses gksu hasn't been run for a while (Update Manager,
Package Manager, etc), if you enter the incorrect password the screen is
not updated properly (screenshot included). I have also recreated this
problem by using gksu by itself with a random command ('ls').
