Hello Andrea, thanks for your comment. You may want to read up on what the different statuses mean at https://help.launchpad.net/BugStatuses. Fix Committed means that the bug has been fixed in the local project, in this case openoffice.org, but does not indicate the fixed package has made it to the public yet. Once the updated project has been packaged and released to Ubuntu, then it will have a status of Fix Released and this is when you should expect an update to resolve your issue. Hopefully this helps clear things up.
