The issue fairly easy to explain. Konqueror-kde4 doesn't launch keditbookmarks
with it's complete path, but rather just calls the application, which causes it
to start the KDE 3 version, which of course doesn't understand the passed
option (Unknown option '--dbusObjectName').
However... I can't think of an easy solution, maybe patching konqueror would be
the way to go.
