This is a problem in python-qt3: "~QCustomEvent" defined in
sip/qt/qevent.sip tries to get python's global interpreter lock (line
1182-1184) while this is impossible (the interpreter was exiting and the
GIL is already deinitialized). Similar problem was bug 123870.
