backtrace of xnest by following the instructions on
http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingProgramCrash.
This will greatly aid us in tracking down your problem.
Also can you please attach your /var/log/Xorg.0.log and /etc/X11/xorg.conf
files.
