Also, please create one bug report per issue; it is very hard to process
multiple issues in one report.
'cannot connect to internet' problem: Which connection type are you
using? (Modem/ISDN/DSL/...), which provider, any other helpful details?
'Ubuntu does not start after update' -> which Ubuntu version do you use?
What did you update? Are there any error messages during boot? (Feel
free to use a digital camera to do a screen shot and attach the picture
here).
'Arial font' -> Install the 'msttcorefonts' package from multiverse.
