Running Kubuntu 8.04 mix Beta Adept will not update at all ,193
updates not installed,unable to launch adept bug report wizard ,add-
remove programs broken ,sudo apt-get does not work, cannot get into
adept repositories .
Message from add remove programs "There was an error commiting
changes. Possibly there was a problem downloading some packages or the
commit would break packages."
