Public bug reported:
After Resume, my Wireless card Intel Pro 3945 ABG does not reconnect.
NetworkManager reports no connection.
In the systemlog I found:

killswitch power: org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.KillSwitch.NotSupported -
hal-ipw-killswitch-linux returned 255
sudo /etc/init.d/hal restart helps to establish a connection again
