This is an upstream issue. I was attempting to create a ticket,
upstream, in xiph.org's bug-tracking system (http://trac.xiph.org/), but
I was having trouble (getting "403 Forbidden" messages when trying to
submit bug details). I have emailed the [EMAIL PROTECTED] mailing
list to enquire about the problem [of the "403 Forbidden" message].
I'll try to keep this bug report updated appropriately.
