Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kdevelop3

When generating a simple "Hello World" C++ project, KDevelop generates a
configure.in file which uses a macro AM_PROG_LIBTOOL. This macro is only
installed by the libtool package, so if it is not installed, the "Hello
World" project cannot build.

Automake and configure are dragged in as kdevelop3 dependencies;
libtool, for some reason, isn't.

** Affects: kdevelop3 (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: Unconfirmed
