It's not possible to depend on the modules, see bug 152405, which had
been fixed, but caused other problems.
virtualbox-ose recommends virtualbox-ose-modules now only, and you
should install the meta package for the modules related to your kernel
flavor, e.g. virtualbox-ose-modules-generic.
I'll change the error message(s) to provide better instructions, thanks
for the hint!
