Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: pulseaudio

I have two computers running pulseaudio, both of them are set to talk to
the network, so they end up being able to see each other.

Sometimes when my wireless drops out and music is playing through PA
(locally, so there isn't any active network communication going on), the
PulseAudio device chooser will crash, and rhythmbox will stop. It seems
to auto-restart, but in RB I have to manually change the track before
it'll start again.

** Affects: pulseaudio (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
