3) What you expected to happen
When I click the "Folder" menu I expect the "Copy Folder To..." and "Move
Folder To..." icons to reflect the current gtk icon theme I am using. Also,
when I right click on any folder I expect the "Copy..." and "Move..." icons to
reflect the current gtk theme I am using as well.
4) What happened instead
Instead of displaying the correct icons evolution is using the gnome icon theme
instead. It appears those icon paths are hardcoded instead of using the current
gtk theme icon equivalents.
