Filippo, your modifications for setting up dual screen don't look
correct, but I'm not certain if that would be what causes the log
errors. I would recommend referring to some setup guides for dual head
on fglrx and generate a clean configuration. If the issue still exists
even with a proper config, please feel free to reopen this bug report.
