I also ran into that problem. I am running Hardy beta, and I use only Transmission as a bittorent client. If you follow the link above, you will see that this bug affects all kinds of bittorent clients, and hardware configurations. Someone suggested on the forums that libtorrent might be the cause. Is there a way to check that?
