Here's how to reproduce it: Open glchess. Select Game->New, or press "Ctrl-n). Set one player to Human, and the other to Gnu Chess. Click "Start" to begin the game. Now go to Help->Contents. An "Info Bar" with the following text appears: "[Color of Human] Wins One of the players has died"
How do you even "die" in Chess? I don't normally use the term "death" to describe checkmate. This is odd, and may actually affect localization / translation. In addition, the message is missing punctuation; however, the need for punctuation there is subjective. -- GNUChess loses on consulting help https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/210642 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
