Binary package hint: gnome-panel
steps to reproduce:
1. open clock applet preferences
2. choose locations
3. remove all locations
4. add location "München" via search function
5. close dialog
6. logout and login again
7. open clock applet preferences
8. the location list is empty, "München" is missing
expected result:
"München" is still in the location list
However, when "München" is added again it appears two times in the
location list.
