I've tried running hwtest-gtk several times now, on the off chance that
info about my hardware might be useful to you developers. However, the
program always seems to freeze up and use 100% cpu power for CPU1. This
happened right after I clicked "Next" after the question about the mouse
working (which it does). So I decided to do a bit more research. After
looking into cpu consumption per process, I found that lshw seems to be
the culprit. I ran a strace on both twtest-gtk and lshw, and included
the output from both in the tarball attached. Also in the tarball is the
output from lshal, which I hope gives enough insight into the hardware I
am running on this laptop (Dell Inspiron 1420).

I hope that the information I have given is useful. If not, feel free to
email me with any requests you may have for further testing.
