Public bug reported:
My system crashes almost twice daily. The machine stops pinging and acts
as if it's been powered off, it takes a reboot from the datacentre to
have it respond again. This is an issue that's massively affecting those
of us using the machine.
This bug is very similar to other reports such as "Xen crashes under
high I/O Load"
I thought it might be related to swap, as the system did seem to crash
when swapping; I've taken my system's ability to swap away and it still
crashes.
In the last instance I have 3 DomUs running and was performing a windows
install on the 4th
I can't find any indication of an error in any of the system log files
(at least not one that I spot) - my dmesg from the most recent crash is
attached
