* Updated upstream snapshot (3 fixes only):
- capi20/capi20.h: Make header usable for C++.
- isdnlog/isdnlog/processor.c: Fix compiler warnings.
- isdnlog/tools/zone/de/code: Fix typos.
* capi.conf: Fix typo for fcdsl2 firmware. LP: #189132.
* capifax: Don't treat successful CAPI return codes as error.
Closes: #471600.
* Fix bashisms in vboxplay. Closes: #464994.
* Remove dependencies on /etc/inittab. LP: #182987.
- Disable the installation code to modify /etc/inittab.
- isdnutils-base: Add ttyI0 example script, which needs to be installed
in /etc/event.d/ttyI0.
- isdnvboxserver: Add ttyI1 example script, which needs to be installed in
/etc/event.d/ttyI1.
- The two upstart scripts need to be edited.
- Further improvements and documentation welcome.
