I also have this problem (as the first post) on my Pentium3 Server (Intel SDS2 Motherboard) with 8.04 Beta. There are two 3ware SATA Raid-Controller (8002 and 9550SX) with two Samsung and four Seagate HDDs and one SCSI from Seagate on the Onboard-Controller.
