Now I noticed that the application
   /usr/bin/network-admin
works fine when NOT running under sudo.
Being 'root' confused it.

Now I ran it as normal user, and the [Unlock] button was sensitive,
clicking it brought admin-authentication dialog - and it seems to be fine.

Still I think that 'root' should be respected.
