@Colin King It isn't made by any kind of software.. It's a pure kernel/hardware issue.. The only thing that was noticed is that I have about 20k spooky wakeups without ANY software running on init 1 with all unloadable modules removed...

Of course sometimes there are no stragne wakeups, sometimes there is plenty of these... For example now I have 'only' 30584 wakeups from idle...
