This is definately true. It happens only to ogg files when I change metadata
and it's writing the file. Strangely it have only seen this happening on files
having a bitrate of 160 - but I could be wrong.
Anyway - I lost quite a few files through this so it would be really nice if
someone could have a look into this. I can provide some sample files where I
reproduced this.
