brunello: You shouldn't need to download the r48 plugin manually from
Adobe as r48 is the version of the flashplugin-nonfree package. Just
install the package flashplugin-nonfree in Synaptic Package Manager or
via the command sudo apt-get install flashplugin-nonfree
