Confirm the bug exists on a homebuilt AMD system, with ASUS M2N-E SLI
motherboard and (single) GeForce8800GTS with 320MB of VRAM. System is
fully-updated, fresh-installed Heron.
Also note that changing shadow effects in CCSM has absolutely no effect;
changing shadow effects in Emerald makes shadows disappear completely
until emerald is restarted. Suggest bug is with Emerald.
