Sense Hofstede, there is not System/Preferences/Shortcuts menu in _Xubuntu_. This problem exists in 8.04-beta i386, too. In Applications/Settings/Settings Manager/Keyboard there is xflock4 set for Control-Alt-Delete, but the command does not work. Installing xlockmore helps, but the application does not perform well under xinerama (i.e. extended desktop). Alternative fix is to run gnome-screensaver (which overrides the keyboard setting), but it takes some memory.
