Same problem here on DELL Dimension E521 / Geforce 7300LE. Tested Kernel : linux-image-2.6.24-14-rt, linux-image-2.6.24-15-rt Was the same too on Gutsy Gibbon linux-rt. Nvidia freeze on linux RT when X start. But work fine with generic kernel.
