Don't you have to pass it credentials pertaining to username and password? But I totally agree. I hate to use the word pathetic, but this whole process just lacks the "human being" aspect of dealing with computing. If anything they should take the approach that anything that takes the "human being" aspect of the equation should become the highest priority.
